Artemis: Goddess of the Florida Wild

Inspired by my move to Florida in 2017, this piece captures the lush, prehistoric beauty of my new home. From the ancient shark teeth hidden in forest creeks to the emerald springs and towering trees, Florida’s landscape is a constant source of wonder.

Artemis represents the spirit of these forests. Her deer antlers symbolize a balance of courage and curiosity, while the sun tattoo on her forehead speaks of vitality. The gemstones embedded in her form signify the priceless value of nature, and her scepter serves as a symbol of self-determination.

To me, deer have always been a spiritual mirror—innocent, pure, and ever-curious. Bringing this vision to life has been a deeply personal journey. Living in the heart of such natural beauty provides a much-needed sanctuary; in Florida, it’s easy to forget the chaos of the outside world and simply be grateful for what we have.

阿特米斯：佛羅里達荒野女神

這件作品的靈感源自於我 2017 年移居佛羅里達的心路歷程，捕捉了我即將入住這個新家那種繁茂且帶有史前氣息的美。從隱藏在森林溪流中的古代鯊魚牙齒，到翠綠的泉水與參天古樹，佛羅里達的樣貌對我來說，永遠事驚喜的泉源。

整隻純銀的阿特米斯，象徵著這些森林的靈魂。她的鹿角代表了勇氣與好奇心的平衡，額頭上的太陽刺青則訴說著生命力。嵌入她體內的寶石象徵著大自然無價的珍貴，而她手中的權杖則代表了掌握自身命運的象徵。

對我來說，鹿一直像是靈魂的鏡子——純真、純粹且永遠充滿好奇。將這個願景化為現實，是一段深刻的個人旅程。生活在這些自然美景的核心，提供了一個庇護所；在佛羅里達，人們很容易忘卻外界的紛亂，並單純地對我們所擁有的一切心懷感激。
