These DIY kits put the power of creation in your hands. Each set includes all the wooden pieces and components you need to assemble your own dueling bots designed to hold full 12oz/16oz cans. Once built, face off in the same cold-blooded competition—where the first can popped means your opponent has to shotgun it.
The goal? Pop your rival’s can, claim victory, and taste sweet success.
Each bot uses the same trigger-controlled mechanism as our Showdown WoodBots, with the projectile tethered to the Gun Handle by a strong line for limited range and retractable reuse.
Whether you’re building for a BBQ, tailgate, or bachelor party, the Shotgun Showdown DIY Kit delivers both hands-on fun and unforgettable battles.
Also compatible with balloons—just swap the cans for the classic pop mode!

Fighters can be built in two styles:

👉 Note: Skateboard colors are one-of-a-kind. You may leave a suggestion in the notes section, but exact colors can’t be guaranteed. Controllers (gun handles) are standard wood only.
