‼️As a small business, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted, but we offer a 30-day repair period. If you want to extend the repair time, we offer Woodbot Care for purchase. We also offer parts for sale if you prefer to repair the item yourself.
‼️ If you are located outside of the USA, it usually takes about two to three weeks for the item to be delivered. However, sometimes the item might get held up at customs, and it could take up to two months before being delivered.
